Founded in 2020 by CloudEats and acclaimed Chef Carlo Miguel, Burger Beast was created to elevate the classic burger into a gourmet experience for everyone. After grueling research and recipe testing, Chef Carlo debuted a menu of burgers that go beyond the usual offerings, like the sweet and savory Umami Burger topped with caramelized onions and secret umami sauce. And favorites like the Truffle Burger, Bacon Umami Burger, and chicken sandwiches. 

While Burger Beast has been available for delivery and at select mall locations, the Mall of Asia flagship store takes the concept to new heights. The centerpiece is an exciting new Build-Your-Own-Burger kiosk where diners can truly unleash their inner beasts and fully customize the burger of their dreams with premium ingredients and unlimited combinations. For those who would still prefer the Burger Beast favorites, the Umami Burger and sides like Onion Rings and Curly Fries can be prepared fresh to order.

Also exclusive to this location is the Beast Brew, a refreshing craft beer made to complement the bold flavors of the burgers and sides.
