With August already in full swing, the countdown is on for one of Singapore’s hottest — and wettest — music spectacles. WATERBOMB Singapore 2025 is making a splash on 30 and 31 August at Siloso Beach, Sentosa, promising two days of pulsating beats, larger-than-life performances, and a drenching good time.
Returning for its second edition after a successful debut in 2024, the festival is once again upping the ante with a mix of global icons, regional favourites, and fresh local talents. And in a move that’s already electrified fans, organisers have confirmed 2NE1 will reunite as a full group for their first-ever WATERBOMB performance outside Seoul. CL, BOM, DARA, and MINZY are set to bring their signature firebrand energy that has transcended generations of K-pop fans.
Fans of SHINee have double the reason to celebrate — TAEMIN and MINHO will take the stage with their own distinct styles, from TAEMIN’s genre-pushing artistry to MINHO’s high-octane charisma. Adding to the K-R&B flavour, Korean-Canadian singer-songwriter JUNNY makes his WATERBOMB debut after a warmly received Singapore tour in 2023.
The festival isn’t just about music; it’s also about boundary-breaking collaborations. Dance powerhouses TEAM BEBE and JAM REPUBLIC will join forces for the first time, promising a choreography-driven spectacle. Meanwhile, SORN and SEUNGYEON reunite for a nostalgic yet fresh performance that fans of CLC won’t want to miss.
Singapore’s own talent pool shines with Estelle Fly, whose K-pop-inspired flair promises a visual and sonic treat, and WHYLUCAS, a rising singer-songwriter who caught attention on Chuang Asia Season 2.
These names join an already impressive line-up revealed earlier this year, featuring HUTA (Lee Minhyuk from BTOB), JAY B from GOT7, ASH ISLAND, Anson Lo from MIRROR, and EXID.
Backed by the Singapore Tourism Board and organised by Viu Singapore, the festival continues to position the city-state as a premier hub for world-class live entertainment. As STB’s Guo Teyi notes, WATERBOMB’s growing success reflects Singapore’s ability to draw music lovers from across the region while boosting its vibrant entertainment landscape.
Tickets are on sale now exclusively through Pelago. With just weeks to go, Siloso Beach is gearing up to be the ultimate summer playground — where music, water, and pure adrenaline collide.
