The House of Franchise (HOF) team and JC Premiere founders CEO Jonathan So and CFO Carlito Macadangdang celebrate their Top 50 Top Performers with a day of adventurous relaxation at The Farm at San Benito with its fresh air and beautiful natural surroundings.
After months of grinding in the chaotic metro, the top performers are treated to a deserving escape to the quietness of Batangas. Celebrity franchisee Ken Chan, who recently received his first cheque, joined the group of achievers.
“Bukod sa kumikita kami ng malaki, ganito pa yung nangyayari sa buhay namin. Thank you so much po talaga, House of Franchise!” exclaimed a member of Team Big 4.
Many of the top 50 performers express their satisfaction with the company's enticing incentives provided by their stellar contributions, highly focusing on the importance of work-life balance.
"It's not just about the place; it's about the people," Top 6 businessman Jayson de Leon dela Cruz said, encouraging others to push themselves beyond their limits to enjoy the relaxation benefits provided by HOF to their top performers.
Located at Barangay Tipakan, Lipa City, Batangas, The Farm at San Benito opens its doors to those who need to disconnect from the metro's daily noise pollution and rush-hour heat, offering rejuvenating and health-centered medically-supervised programs.
JC Premiere was founded in 2006 by childhood friends So and Macadangdang, starting as an idea to build a food franchising company focusing on micro-business enterprises.
In 2020, the pair gained multiple global awards, including being recognized by the Asia Leaders Awards for this year as "Entrepreneurs of the Year," where the dynamic duo was recognized for developing and marketing the trending pandemic protection CopperMask, a self-disinfecting copper film face mask made with infused copper strands that are both effective and fashionable.
Today, JC and the House of Franchise focus on giving back, an organizational trait that current and future employees seek, especially its significant priority on work-life balance.
“Nakakatuwa yung pakiramdam na hard work pays off talaga. Kasi nakita naman natin diba na talagang binabalanse ng mga owners natin sa aming mga distributors, sa aming mga franchisees, na talagang kumita, and at the same time, sobrang nag-e-enjoy kami while doing it,” said former flight attendant, now top 14 performers, Princess Faye Chavez.
But that's not all! So, Macadangdang teased that the next adventure of the Top 50 is a vacation at the ultra-exclusive private island, Balesin.
In the past years, other incentives were free trips abroad, expensive watches like Rolex and Richard Mille, and sports cars.
