Based on the latest provincial bulletin, the municipalities of Sasmuan, Apalit, Minalin, and San Luis recorded zero active cases of COVID-19 as of Saturday, December 4. 

Only three additional cases were also recorded on Saturday with six new recoveries and no deaths.

Angeles City reported no new cases and deaths, and a single recovery.

Mexico has registered the highest number of active cases with 19 followed by Floridablanca with 18 active cases and Guagua with 13 active cases. 

The new cases were reported in San Fernando City and the town of Santa Rita. 

Pampanga now has a total of 46,554 COVID-19 cases since the pandemic started. 

The total number of recoveries stood at 43,987 while the deaths are 2,479.
