With Christmas shopping already in full swing and gift lists growing longer, Anko is turning the holiday rush into something a little more fun with the opening of its newest store in Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig City. The launch marks the Australian home and lifestyle brand’s fifth store in the Philippines, wrapping up its successful first year in the country with even more reasons for shoppers to drop by.

Instead of simply adding another branch, Anko is building spaces that feel inviting and design driven. The new 1,570 square meter store features the brand’s signature magenta interiors and a curated line of customer favorites including home decor, linens, kitchen and dining essentials, beauty and vanity items, arts and crafts supplies, toys for kids and everyday pet needs. Since it opened during the holiday rush, the Feliz branch also doubles as a convenient Christmas stop with ready to wrap gift selections and in store gift wrapping stations.

According to Arjun Puri, CEO of Anko Global, the newest location reflects strong confidence in the Philippine market. “Entering the Philippines has been a strategic priority for Anko as part of our global expansion plans,” he said. “The Philippines represents one of our most dynamic markets globally, and this new store allows us to strengthen our footprint while delivering on our mission to make great design accessible to more homes worldwide.”

The brand’s steady rise in the country is anchored on its design first philosophy. “What makes Anko stand out is our commitment to thoughtful, design led innovation at prices families can afford,” shared Lil Velis Bowker, Chief Retail Officer of Anko Global. “Our global design team in Australia creates ranges with simplicity and purpose, ensuring every product adds real value to family life, and we see how strongly this philosophy resonates here.”

In only one year, Anko has opened stores in TriNoma, Alabang Town Center, Mall of Asia Square and Ayala Malls Manila Bay before landing in Feliz. For Rachel Turner, Country Manager of Anko Philippines, the warm reception from Filipino shoppers has been key. “We’re excited to bring more in store experiences, offering inspiration, quality products and a sense of community for families in this vibrant side of the metro, especially during the Christmas season when thoughtful gifting is top of mind,” she said.

Asked about the possibility of online shopping for Anko, Puri said the focus remains on strengthening in person experiences. “I think at some point we will, we haven’t quite decided exactly when we’ll do that. We are very focused right now. Our first priority is the in store experience for the customers. We still see Filipinos, the predominant part of Filipino customers, like to go to shopping malls and the in store experience,” he explained.

Anko is also growing its connection with customers through the Anko Club App, which now has over 36,000 members, and through its newly launched online lookbook that helps shoppers explore collections ahead of their visit.
