Alsons Development and Investment Corporation (Alsons Dev), in partnership with DoubleDragon Properties Corporation through its industrial leasing subsidiary CentralHub Industrial Centers Inc., held the groundbreaking ceremony for CentralHub Davao on March 5, 2026 in Barangay Lasang, Davao City.

The project marks the first CentralHub development in Mindanao. The 6.2 hectare industrial warehouse complex is designed to support the region’s expanding logistics and distribution sector.

Once completed, CentralHub Davao is expected to provide about 40,392 square meters of leasable space. The facility will cater to various uses including warehousing, cold storage, commissaries, light manufacturing, and related services.

Located along the Pan-Philippine Highway near the Lasang Public Market, the site offers access to key logistics gateways such as Sasa Port, Davao International Container Terminal Inc., and Francisco Bangoy International Airport. The location is expected to support faster and more efficient movement of goods across Mindanao.

Alsons Dev President and CEO Miguel A. Dominguez said the project reflects the joint commitment of Alsons Dev and DoubleDragon to supporting the region’s development.

“CentralHub Davao reflects our shared commitment to delivering infrastructure that supports economic growth in Mindanao,” Dominguez said.

The development builds on the companies’ earlier collaboration on CityMall Northtown, located within Alsons Dev’s Northtown township in Cabantian.

With an estimated project value of ?1.2 billion, CentralHub Davao is expected to help address the growing demand for modern industrial facilities in the region, particularly for manufacturing, export, and distribution sectors.

Davao City Vice Mayor Rodrigo "Rigo" Duterte II said the project could contribute to job creation and improve business operations in the city.
