Occidental Mindoro, Antique, and northern Palawan, including Cuyo, Calamian, and Kalayaan Islands, and Mindanao will have monsoon rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Signal number 1, meanwhile, remains hoisted over Batanes. The rest of the signal warnings have been lifted.

Severe Tropical Storm "Betty" is expected to exit the country’s area of responsibility anytime this afternoon. It was last located this morning at 500 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes packed with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 135 km/h.  It is moving Northward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affects Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
