The Trough of Low Pressure Area (LPA) is affecting Visayas and Mindanao. The Northeast Monsoon is affecting Luzon.

According to PAGASA, the trough of LPA, will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol Region, and the southern portion of Palawan including Kalayaan Islands.

Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of MIMAROPA, Quezon, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Northeast Monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.
