The Shear Line or a wind convergence, is now affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon. 

This weather system will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Cagayan, Isabela, and the northern portion of Aurora.

The Northeast Monsoon meanwhile will continue to bring cooler weather over the rest of Northern Luzon.

According to PAGASA, Apayao, Kalinga, and the rest of the Cagayan Valley and Aurora will have cloudy skies with rains, while Ilocos Region and the rest of Cordillera region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
