The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Meanwhile the Shearline is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.

The ITCZ and the Shearline will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Palawan, Quezon, Aurora, Isabela, and Cagayan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
