Listed township developer Megaworld Corp. said Wednesday it had launched its third residential condominium development inside the 12.3-hectare Arcovia City along C-5 Road in Pasig City.
Standing 50-storeys high, Arcovia Parkplace is the tallest residential tower in Arcovia City to date, Megaworld said in a statement.
Arcovia Parkplace will offer 494 units ranging from Studio with and without balcony (up to 32 square meters) and one bedroom with balcony (up to 48 square meters), among others.
Megaworld said this new residential tower will be packed with “generous lifestyle amenities” at the seventh level that include an adult pool and children’s pool with water play.
The tower will also have green and sustainability features, including occupancy sensors for hallway lighting and low flow rate fixtures for faucets in toilets and bathrooms.
Arcovia Parkplace’s completion for turnover will be in 2029.
Megaworld is expected to generate around P5.2-billion in sales from this residential project.
