Mark your calendars, Apple fans, as Apple will launch an event on September 7 featuring their signature iPhone!

Apple Inc. plans to launch the iPhone 14 line on September 7 to unveil the latest version of a product that generates more than half of its sales. In addition, business reporter Mark Gurman, someone with knowledge of the matter, says the iPhone 14, news Macs, low-end and high-end iPads, and possibly a new Apple Watch Series 8 will be revealed.

The anticipation for the iPhone 14 is to replace the dreaded front-facing camera notch with a "pill-shaped hole" and a "hole-punch-sized area" for the camera and be upgraded with Apple's in-house A16 chip. It is also reported that the iPhone 14 line will no longer offer a "mini" model and will include a 6.7-inch non-pro variant instead. However, the standard iPhone 14 will look similar to the iPhone 13.

However, according to the report, the A15 chip which powers the current iPhone 13 line will be retained in the new iPhone models.

According to Gurman's report, retail store staff has been urged to prepare for a product release on September 16. This suggests that the reveal will take place on September 7. This is consistent with the custom of starting sales a week and a half following a product launch.

He also mentioned that starting on September 5, two days before the rumored event, corporate staff will be obliged to work three days per week in the office.
