“Ka-squammy” Herlene Budol is making her moves closer to reaching the Binibining Pilipinas crown!

On Instagram, Budol shared a photo of her all glammed up in a beige bikini and a see-through dress at the beach.

“Dilag, Dalaga, Babae, Ano man itawag nyo sa akin, Once a Binibini always a Binibini (Lady, Maiden, Woman, whatever you call me, once a Binibini always a Binibini),” she captioned 

Also dubbed as “Hipon Girl,” she is yet to compete in the final stage of Binibining Pilipinas as the eighth candidate.

On May 14, the top 40 Binibinis will make their first public appearance in a grand Santacruzan parade in Araneta City.

Miss International 2005 Precious Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz, ace lensman Raymond Saldana, Miss InterContinental 2021 Cinderella Faye Obeita, fashion choreographer Raymond Villanueva, Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne, shoe designer Jojo Bragais, Binibining Pilipinas International Hannah Arnold, and Binibining Pilipinas 2021 2nd runner-up Meiji Cruz are among members of this year’s selection committee.

The new generation of Binibinis will vie for coveted titles including Binibining Pilipinas International, Binibining Pilipinas Grand International, Binibining Pilipinas InterContinental, and Binibining Pilipinas Globe in the hopes of representing the Philippines in international pageants.

The grand coronation night will be on July 18 at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
