The Low Pressure Area (LPA) had slightly moved northward and was last spotted at about 100 km Southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar

According to PAGASA’s rain forecast, the LPA will continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern, and Western Visayas, which may trigger floods and landslides.

Meanwhile, the LPA is also enhancing the effects of the Northeast Monsoon.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will have cloudy skies and light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains.

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the trough of the LPA.
