From enduring and inflicting pain on the court, Billy Mamaril hopes to treat wounds in his latest profession.

The 17-year PBA veteran is set to take nursing board exams on November 12 to 13.

Mamaril revealed the latest happenings in his life in a recent Youtube vlog on PBAmotoclub Team Amazing by fellow PBA veteran Rico Maierhofer.

The 6-foot-6 banger also said that he was able to juggle his studies and pro career during his last contract with San Miguel in 2020.

"To the collegiate players who say you cannot…hindi mo pwede pagsabayin yung sports mo tsaka yung school mo, that’s not true," he said.

"I was able to do it, and I was playing at the highest level in the Philippines."

Mamaril also shared his experience seeing a mother give birth during his duty.

Now, Mamaril is reviewing for his board exams.
