Beau Belga avoided a one-game ban following his ejection from Rain or Shine's game against San Miguel on Sunday night.

Instead, the veteran center was handed a P20,000 fine when he met with PBA commissioner Willie Marcial.

Belga engaged in a trash talk with SMB import Diamond Stone that turned into a "physical contact" to the former's ejection.

Marcial explained that he only gave a stern warning to the 37-year-old since it had been a while since he got into trouble.

However, another incident will merit him an automatic suspension.

"Pinatawag ko," said Marcial. "Sinabihan ko kapag naulit pa, pasususpindi ko na s'ya. Naintindihan n'ya."

"Matagal ng hindi napapatawag 'yan," Marcial said. "Sabi ko nga sa kanya, ayoko na s'yang makita ulit dito. Umoo naman."
