Evan Nelle has decided to use his final playing year with La Salle.

The decision came after the Green Archers tapped Topex Robinson as their new head coach.

Nelle emerged as the La Salle's primary playmaker in his two seasons with the team.

The 5-foot-11 guard averaged 10.63 points, 3.88 assists, 3.19 rebounds, and 1.94 steals per contest. 

He then tallied 12.0 points, 6.0 assists, 4.83 rebounds, and 1.67 steals per game in Season 85.

Nelle had previously faced Robinson in NCAA back when he was still playing with San Beda. Robinson was the head coach back then for Lyceum.

La Salle hopes to bounce back in Season 86 after failing to reach the Final Four last season.
