San Miguel has activated Terrence Romeo to the active roster after being on the injured list due to his back injury.

Romeo's upgrade of playing status will only boost the Beermen's chance of clinching a playoff spot in this year's Commissioner's Cup.

However, team manager Gee Abanilla said that the return of their spitfire guard isn't guaranteed.

San Miguel hopes to make a late run to the playoffs after its early struggles during the Commissioner's Cup.

The Beermen are sharing the seventh spot with Meralco with a 4-5 win-loss record. 

On the other hand, Romeo has yet to play since the Beermen were eliminated by Meralco in the quarterfinals of the Governors' Cup last March 18, 2022.

He missed the entire 2022 Philippine Cup, the same conference where San Miguel won a championship.
