San Miguel will parade a different import when they make their 2022 PBA Commissioner’s Cup debut.

The Beermen will field Diamond Stone as their replacement on Wednesday against Blackwater.

Stone was called up after former NBA journeyman Thomas Robinson went out with an injury.

San Miguel is still waiting for an update regarding Robinson’s injury.

Stone was the 40th overall pick in the NBA Draft back in 2016.

Before playing for multiple G League teams, the 6-foot-10 big man had a stint with Los Angeles Clippers.

Stone played for Meralco-Gilas alongside Allen Durham during the FIBA Asia Champions Cup.
