A bettor who bought his ticket in Rizal province has bagged the PHP163-million jackpot prize in Friday night's Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw.

In an advisory Saturday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lucky bettor guessed the winning combination of 04-46-58-20-34-28 with a jackpot of PHP163,365,304.40.

The ticket was purchased in Taytay, Rizal.

The bettor can claim the check at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent tax.

Some 17 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive PHP120,000 each.

About 650 bettors got PHP2,000 each for getting four of the winning combinations, while 15,718 bettors won PHP100 each for guessing three right combinations.

The 6/58 Ultra Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.

This is the second time this month wherein a sole bettor bagged the jackpot prize of the state lottery games.

Last August 2, a lone bettor in Bulacan became an instant millionaire after guessing the six-digit winning combination of the Super Lotto 6/49 draw. 

The PCSO urged the public to keep on patronizing the products of PCSO as a large chunk of its revenues goes to charity programs.

One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program, designed to augment Filipinos' medical needs nationwide, particularly in hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
