The Frontal System continues to affect Northern Luzon. According to PAGASA, the wind convergence will bring cloudy skies with rains over Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte.

Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone is no longer affecting the archipelago. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country are affected by the hot Easterly breeze. PAGASA says cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon or evening.
